From the first phone call with Jane, I was hooked on working with her. Jane worked within my budget (even though I originally didn't know what my budget was), paired down my options and gave expert advice on what would work best. The installation took place in December and January during some of the coldest days of the year and one of the items was cracked (I'm assuming due to the cold weather) and they sent it back the very same day and the manufacturer turned it in one day. Installation of all 8-window treatments was efficient and tidy with precise attention to detail. My husband is extremely picky and tends to be a perfectionist and he was THRILLED with the installation. Jane was completely hands on, ensuring that everything was perfect by informing me when the order was placed, scheduling installation within the week the items were delivered to her warehouse, stopping by during installation (on multiple days mind you) and following up. Jane knows her product and competition because she has been in the business for many years and she's a savvy businesswoman. I highly recommend Jane and her team, they were outstanding!

Jane is THE Blind Lady who sees the big picture ... she looked not just at our needs and wants for particular rooms but then took into account such variables as effects of the sun. Jane's concern does not end with the installation ... she has made sure Hunter-Douglas fixed inherent problems in our 2008 master-bedroom shade. We had selected features at the beginning of their development because we knew they were best for our needs. Both Jane and Hunter-Douglas went the distance for us in 2015 ... and at no extra charge! As we begin renovations and expansion this year, Jane will be involved starting with the design phase since windows are such a key feature in every room. We can and have HIGHLY recommend The Blind Lady !!

Jane from The Blind Lady has an outstanding vision for a wide variety of window treatments. She has done numerous projects for me: blinds, valances, full drapery, and blind/drapery combinations. I have a different "flavor" for each of my rooms and by taking time to understand what I want for each room, Jane is able to present me with fantastic options! Even when I have been unsure of exactly what I wanted, she was able to take the feeling that I described and helped me create the image. I am extremely happy with the design, installation, and quality of work The Blind Lady has done for all the projects in my home.
