The Drapery Lady

I have a property management company and have used Christine, The Drapery Lady, for a number of projects. Her products are EXCELLENT quality, price is wonderful and service is outstanding. You have the opportunity to review a number of choices and select colors in your home that you know will look right when they are installed. She has a professional installer do the measurements, and things are ALWAYS fitted perfectly and installed perfectly! Projects are always completed ON TIME. She comes with the installer and stays while work is done. She takes away all packing materials and leaves the property in perfect condition. SO glad that I found her!

Christine is the best. Chose her after an extensive search and comparison of 5 bids for the blinds and drapes for my wife's hair styling salon. Christine showed up right on time for the estimate, made the measurements and then took us through all the options. She listened carefully to what look we were trying to achieve and then gave us some great advice. We should have listened to her the first time. The installation went great and was done on time, right when Christine said it would be. However, the window blinds that we chose, instead of taking Christine's advice, just didn't achieve the look we were going for. I called Christine and told her we should have taken her original advice. She went to work immediately with the manufacturer and worked out an exchange so the manufacturer reused all the hardware from the original blinds and only charged for the new blind fabric. The second installation went just as well as the first. We love the look. Thank you, Christine!
