I worked on a big, very high end project with Lisa Salvatore at the Finishing Room for about a year and a half. She was hired to do all window treatments, pillows, bench seats, bedding and anything else sewn. I am not an easy designer to work with, my back ground is in woman's clothing design, I am very picky about sewing construction and details. We worked on a very large house in Wellesley Massachusetts- it was a huge job. What I hoped for was amazing, jaw dropping custom window treatments and accessories- perfect construction, installation that was trouble free, items delivered on time and with out drama. What I got was all that and so much more- Lisa blew me away at every turn! Lisa is so detail oriented, she missed nothing, no detail was too small- she is a perfectionist. She was so professional and on time, what she delivered was extraordinary in every way from the product to the service. I felt Lisa and I were in a wonderful partnership, on the same team and the outcome revealed just that. What she brought to the table was so much more than I could have designed on my own. Her understanding of construction, her beautiful taste and her keen knowledge of hardware- even obscure hardware and parts was amazing. She was also kind, super pleasant and very funny. Obviously, as you can tell- I had an amazing experience and best of all my client was thrilled.

Lisa is a professional drapery and soft goods workroom. Her work is superb! As an interior designer, I enjoy working with her and appreciate her attention to detail.
