I purchased motorized blinds for my room. I live in the USA. Dealt with a lady called Ayesha, she took my order and delivered my blinds on time. Brought them all the way to the US, and installed the blinds. They were just not working. WhatsApp,led her and called her, she said she would connect me to some technical team person. It’s been over a month and I have left numerous voice messages and called her over a dozen times. She just does not respond. After sales service of this company is horrible!
