Worst experience ever with the Winnetka store our sales rep was Izzy. She was totally uninformed. The whole process was a hot mess. Never told me how delivery was going to go when they arrived at our home they miss measured two windows. We’ve already been waiting over a month every step along the way was awful and we don’t even like our shades.

Working with Bert and getting to do a live walk through at the center city Philly shade store location was extremely beneficial! I was able to save big on the summer sale while the entire measurements/installation process was clearly communicated and executed with ZERO issues. Highly recommend this expert service.

My experience with the Shade Store was nothing short of excellent. The design team was so professional and developed a host of potential, all that looked great. The hard choice was to pick one, which I did drawing upon their patience. The installation team was very skilled and meticulous. Unfortunately, the design option I selected did not work out seamlessly. The Shade Store remade a portion of the order cheerfully, reinstalled it. Job well done! The Shade Shop in Cinco Ranch provides excellent products and a wonderful variety of styles! Natalia was extremely easy to work with - her knowledge, professional yet friendly approach, ongoing communication, and attention to detail were superb. The installation was also excellent! We were looking for window treatments. We went to the Shade Store in Chicago, and also visited a local shade shop in our area which is 3 hours from Chicago. The professionalism, service and expertise from Rosi at the Shade Store surpassed the competition by a mile. We made the best decision by sticking with the Shade Store. John came out and measured, and later did the installation. He was also extremely courteous and professional. We are THRILLED.

What wonderful experience with Naples Shade Shop. Judy Henry was in the showroom when we popped in and was such a tremendous help. We were not sure what direction to go in and she gave us many options (samples) to take home and consider. Then quoted us each option which must have been 10 different quotes. Never pressured but took all our concerns and work out the best choice. She informed us of the entire process so we knew what to expect.
