The Shade Store staff knows their product well and everyone involved - from store staff to measuring to installation - even thru the pandemic was thorough and highly professional. The shades replace a cheaper product in place when I bought my house and now provide both light and UV light control. The shades are attractive and I love the convenience of the motorized option.

I worked with Lisa from the Garden City, New York store. From start to finish she was great to work with. It is nice to work with a sales person who doesn’t push the most expensive materials or try to push you to do more then you want, which makes me want to work with her again in the future. We picked out fabrics and hardware colors and she guided me towards which fabrics would work with what I wanted. I got the roller shades for my living room and lower level den. The material of the fabric is amazing and strong. I also had Winston come to measure and install the shades with an assistant. He was so nice and knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had.

I found exactly the Roman shades I wanted with the help of Lane Brooks at The Shade Store in DUMBO. Measuring, ordering, shipping and installation progressed without any glitches. The quality of the shades is outstanding. The prices are not the lowest by far and really stretched beyond my budget, but the experience was very positive. Now my home office/crafting room is more elegant than my living room, but I will check out The Shade Store again if I have a special project.

The Shade Store provides thorough customer service, offers a nice product competitively priced and great follow-through. I have been using them on projects for years and their shades are still holding up after many years from installation.

Great Experience. Jason Henry was awesome to work with as well. The installer was fantastic and helped me setup my wifi bridge, mobile app, and Alexa. I just tell her to open the blinds and... voila they open! Highly Recommend.

This is my second time purchasing window treatments from the Shade Store. They are great! I cannot tell you how amazing our representative, Andrea Contreras was with helping us choose the perfect window treatments. She sent out plenty of samples, answered all of my questions, and even held a virtual meeting with me so she was exactly sure that her and I were on the same page. Andrea never made me feel bad for asking so many questions and was quick to reply to all my Emails. She is a rockstar in my book!

I worked with Natalia at The Shade Store in Burlingame and had a wonderful experience. She's friendly, patient and detail oriented. Although we worked remotely, she was able to provide photo renders for my house, send samples and supported the process thru out.
