Gladys the owner of Viu Window is the best. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and will work with you to insure you get the right window coverings for your windows. Working with Gladys is a very pleasurable experience. We have availed ourselves of her services on 2 separate occasions and would not hesitate to use her again. An added plus is that her installation staff, Jeff, Mike and Jessie are quick, efficient, clean and friendly.

Gladys is amazing! We vetted several window covering companies and Gladys soared above the competition. She's smart, experienced, and helpful. She is also honest; she let us know how to keep our costs down and did not oversell. She provides a quality product at a very competitive price. The installers were equally competent: they came when they said and worked diligently. We love our shutters! In fact, we recently moved to Washington and could not find anyone nearly as experienced, reliable, and competitive as Gladys, so we hired her again to do our windows! Gladys is one of the best and most professional people I have ever worked with! Gladys is one of the few vendors who does what she says in a timely and efficient manner. She’s very honest, knows her product, and stands behind it. Had ordered a few blinds from her this past summer. Was so happy with the results, ordered blinds for the whole house! We cannot stop recommending Gladys to all of our friends who are looking to do shades. Gladys goes above and beyond for her customers and quotes an extremely honest and fair price, since she doesn't have a showroom so she passes some of that cost savings back to customers. She's very responsive, even after our order was complete; there were a few shades that had defects and Gladys stood by her word and she worked with us to get them replaced in an expedited manner under warranty. Gladys takes her time on the phone/text with you; we always felt like she was on our side and looking out for her customers. Finally, Gladys is very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the color and design of her recommendations. 10/10 would definitely do business with Viu again.
