Willow Bloom Home

BEWARE of Willow Bloom's return policy. I returned my purchased after having it for 6 days. They said that was too late and refused to honor my refund. Their return policy term STARTS when THEY ship it out. Very disappointed. So they have my return and refused to issue a refund.

This is my second experience working with Willow Bloom Home! They previously custom made my drapery for my living room. For my dining room, they did custom linen Roman Shades and sheer white Whipstitch curtains. The fabrics and craftsmanship are such high quality. I love the way my new window coverings look in my space. I get tons of compliments on them! Would definitely recommend Willow Bloom Home for custom window covers!

I ordered an ottoman when I realized I needed some extra seating in my living room. As I don't have much extra space, I wasn't sure if the piece would work, but I am so glad I went for it! The beautiful gold fabric and modern design adds so much elegance to my home, and I just love how professionally made it looks. It's really comfortable to sit on, and so easy to move around whenever I feel like changing the layout of the room slightly. It's been used so much already that I am actually tempted to order another one!

I received two velvet panels in cream with privacy lining. These curtains are extremely well made and added the perfect touch to my dining room. Highly recommend !

Ordered proximity saffron gray drapes and I love them. The quality is amazing and they look great in my living room. Great customer service as well. Would highly recommend.
