I found Rahual to be very professional, prompt and patient. Very knowledgeable of all products. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. Install was quick and easy. I am pleased with my top down, bottom up blinds and my motorized cellular blinds. He understood what I wanted and delivered. No bs and no up sell. I received a flyer at my door and called on a whim. They came to give me a quote with samples three days later and my blinds were in two weeks ahead of schedule. Excellent customer service, thorough explanations. The installer was here right on time, removed the old blinds and put up my new ones in no time on a Saturday morning. These gentlemen were professional, and extremely pleasant. Both were patient and great with my dogs too!! I would highly recommend WinDecor. In home professional customer service is a dying art.

Rahul responded to my online request for blind information immediatley. I was very appreciative of that. He understood my budget and was very respectful with making me feel it was just fine and there were options for me within that budget. I do not like being upsold - and I wasn't. He came to my home at our scheduled time and was very kind and professional with helping me choose the best choice for me. I have no complaints at all.

Always reluctant to give anything/one highest rating. However.....it's a rare thing to get service to utmost satisfaction. After 5 years, we had two blinds become problematic. One just needed the pull cord fixed. The other seemed to have problems with the internal cords; making funny noises and wouldn't sit level. We reported this to the company before xmas, and after 3 days did not hear back. So, we contacted them again. Rahul apologized and asked if we could just be patient as xmas, no surprise, is chaotic and busy. We understood and early in the New Year, got a call saying that there was 2 replacement blinds ready to be installed. They still had measurements and style on record. Then I had to get over my embarrassment, when the blind with the internal problem seemed to magically correct itself. Rahul said, "no problem...we will bring you the new blind so you can store it in case you ever need it." They replaced the other one, even though it was just the pull cord. All at no charge. Seriously. Hard to beat that. The only payment, was a gracious request to write this review. I told him, "Happily!"

We just replaced all the windows in our house so consequently needed new window coverings throughout. Because we plan on moving in under 2 years, I didn't want to get extravagant to cover the windows. Rahul was respectful of my wishes & didn't try to talk me into more than I was looking for. We went with white faux wood throughout...simple, but they look great. The installer was quick & professional. I would recommend WinDecor, without hesitation!
