We called Window Creations recently for the first time. Mark answered the phone and to our surprise he set up an appointment for the next day. I explained the problem and he showed up the next day with the materials he needed to complete the repair. He fixed our two shades that afternoon!! We will be calling him again. Upon recently moving to Delaware, Mark introduced himself and offered his window treatment services and a very brief overview of what he provides. During our initial conversation, I was very impressed as Mark explained the various features and was able to dial-in exactly what we wanted. Despite it being a weekend, he sent me my order forms the same day in order to expedite our delivery. As soon as our order arrived, he contacted me and arranged an installation visit completely at my convenience. Her subsequently arrived and installed my custom window treatments quickly, without leaving any trace or debris related to the process. Mark was very personable and extremely customer-service oriented. We give Mark our very highest recommendation, thanks Mark!

It was an absolutely wonderful experience from the start. Mark was very calming in his presentations & picked up on my vision for my entire home. His knowledge of the different options available & his personal preferences made it easier for me to come to final decisions. We have called on Mark for all of our window treatment needs for over ten years. Each project was done on time, on budget, with no materials left behind. The most recent project was a set of eight plantation blinds. Recently, when we found a discoloring in some window blinds that had been hung for several years, he worked with the manufacturer to get us free replacement blinds.

Mark did an excellent job for us. We're very pleased with his professionalism and his workmanship. We highly recommend him and he's done a lot of work in our community. We've all been very pleased.

Mark was recommended to us by our neighbor and we are so happy to have worked with him. Since our house has an east/west orientation we needed window coverings that would provide shade from the afternoon sun but would not block the great view we have. We chose Allure Transitional Shades by Lafayette and we love them because they allow us to set how much light enters the room. In addition, for our east-facing windows we needed a bit more privacy so we chose Provenance Woven Wood Shades which allow us to lower the top shade and still have the bottom shade closed. Great product! Lastly, we chose a roller shade to provide privacy on our French door in the back of the house. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with--he is a consummate professional who listened to our wants and needs and then recommended products to fit our situation. Love all the products but especially the transitional shades which provide a great view of the outdoors while filtering out the heat of the day.

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Window Creations. We replaced all window treatments including plantation shutters and vertical blinds. Mark made sure that we were completely satisfied with every aspect of the installation. He is very responsive and reasonably priced. We would definitely use him again.

We couldn't be happier with our Hunter Douglas Solar Shades. Mark was on time for our initial consultation, he was very knowledgeable about the type of shade we were looking for to filter the sun from our screen porch, as well as the product itself. If you are looking for "sun filtering" outdoor shades, they are good quality shades, both material and hardware. Of course, their product warranty is like no other.

Mark was very responsive right from our initial contact with him; he came to the house before we closed to take measurements for an estimated cost; brought samples of blinds/colors to choose from when we were ready to buy; did the installation himself (and was very neat about it) and then assisted us with choosing the right window treatment for our large sliding glass door (since we couldn't decide) We very highly recommend Mark and Window Creations of Delaware!
