“Our nearly 20-year old patio door shattered in one of the coldest Februarys ever and needed to be replaced. Within a day or so of calling Scientific Home Services Jon came out to give us a quote. He was friendly and professional and his quote was comparable to one from a big box store but for a high quality Soft-lite door. Jon said it would be about 6-8 weeks for the manufacturer to get the door to him (big box store had the same lead time) but the door thankfully came in only 4 weeks! The front office was quick to schedule our installation and it was flawless. Damian and his partner arrived on time and worked quickly. They covered all the furniture, TV, floors, etc. before beginning their work and they left the room clean and undamaged. Damian was professional and polite and most importantly experienced with the installation. The interior wood trim and exterior aluminum trim frame out the new door well and the insulation that they added will help conserve energy. Damian also gave me a demo of the door and answered my questions before leaving. I highly recommend this company. They warranty their products and workmanship.”
