United Home Experts
Window Installers in Boston
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsNovember 29, 2012
“United Homes was incredible to work with. They replaced a botched gutter job and went out of their way to fit our project in before the weather got bad. It turned out we had some unknown and challenging obstacles to address and they handled them like pros. The salesman we worked with was Mike and I recommend asking for him personally. They were so friendly, helpful, collaborative and extremely responsive to all of our questions, plus they did a phenomenal job. I will be calling them back to do some other jobs for us soon. If you have any gutter, painting, window, roofing, siding work to be done they are the ones to call.”

“Atlas Glass was great! Jay was friendly and his pricing was the best out of the companies we had quote for our basement gym full length mirrors. He was prompt in the installation.”

“They gave a replacement windows. All are white with matching screens. They are very easy to open even after 4 years, which is one of the biggest deals for me since I have lower back problems and can't pull up regular windows. Easy, wipe-away mildew that grows on the window panes after 2 years of not cleaning the window. When I do get around the cleaning, very simple and I find the windows definitely insulate. Note quite sure if the month and year are accurate but that approximate time is right. Many people on our street have the NEWPRO windows so we took the advice and did all 3 floors The only thing from a 5 star review- because we have windows that go up and down and also pop open, the basement kitchen window that pops open is hard to push back in the down enough so that it can lock. I have to use A LOT of force to do with because the padding on the window just gets in the way. I think it was made a bit too big so it would last longer and create better insulation. Haven't bothered to call NEWPRO to fix because the window is always open unless it's winder, then it's always shut and locked. The screen and daily ease that works for me keeps me from having to deal w/ the problem.”
