“Michael is professional ,courteous, timely and has great communication skills. I had Hurricane accordion shutters put on 6 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. First I did my due diligence in searching the internet for recommendations and reviews of companies in West Palm Beach and had 4 of them come over and give me a quote. You will be surprised at the wide range of prices to do the same job. Michael's quote was most reasonable, but he got the job based on his personality. He was believable in the options and recommendations that he presented over the others. He always answers his phone and texts(unlike one company that never called back for an appointment and one that never provided the quote by email I was supposed to receive ).The whole process took about 2 months as written in the contract(the longest part of that is 5 weeks of waiting on the city permit, (which you can check online yourself).Speaking of the contract-each company had different requirements for deposit, start of the job and completion(by the way completion is not after the project, but after the city inspector's approval.So the 3 payments should be #1 hire and write a contract with a small deposit for materials, not half of the total cost.#2 work is done(installed shutters)Largest payment.#3 after passing inspection ,smallest and final payment. By the way I also called him again for a neighbor and he showed up within an hour and she hired him as well.
