“After doing a lot of research on the many options for replacement windows we discovered Zen Windows . The online research showed them to be an extremely quality window for an affordable price. We contacted them for a consult and scheduled a home visit. After meeting with them and seeing the quality of the window we decided this was going to be the right selection for quality v price. We decided to order windows to replaced all of our upstairs existing Windows. Our downstairs Windows had been replaced a few years back with Home Depot replacement Windows. These seemed to be much better quality. To our surprise the company asked for no money up front to order the Windows. When do you see that? This immediately put us at ease as we all know of home improvement contractor nightmares. In fact they told us we would pay nothing until the Windows were installed and we were satisfied. Again when do you see that. The Windows were ordered immediately and installed just before Thanksgiving. The installers and owner kept us up to date on our order and when they would be arriving. The installers showed up first thing in morning and worked all day.. They came back a second day to finish the added trim work. When they noticed a problem with one window mechanics they made us aware of it and that they were going to order a new mechanizism for this window. Being that it was nearing Christmas we offered to give them at least half the balance of money we owed and would pay balance when mechanizism replaced. The owner again told us he would wait until we were completely satisfied and all work was done before taking payment. When they did come back and replace the mechanizism we couldn't write the check fast enough. This company and the quality of Windows along with professional and polite installers is the best. I would strong recommend them to everyone. You won't be disappointed.”
