“No hassle, no pressure, great experience all around. Got a quote, all done on line in just a few minutes, for some windows that are defective. I'd heard about Zen Windows from friends in other cities who raved about them and thought it was worth checking them out here. Wow, absolutely no high pressure and a very reasonable quotation, he explained all the options and their pros and cons, not like some others I contacted. Previously I've had to struggle through high pressure salesmen and had a lot of my time taken up for others who insisted on coming to my home, even though I explained I'm not ready to buy. I just wanted to research what's available and get some pricing to be able to decide on who and what to use when I am ready.
