“My wife and I own a small house in Logan Square, which has had old asbestos shingle siding since we bought it in 2011. We also wanted to replace our front windows, which were old and drafty.
We received many bids, but the Siding and Windows Group was the standout. Bart (who coordinated the project) was incredibly helpful and explained a lot of ideas and prices without any "hard sell." The pricing of Siding and Windows Group was competitive, and their customer service is INCREDIBLE.
The two workers who installed the windows and siding were polite, efficient, and did very good work.
The difference between Siding and Windows Group and other contractors is night-and-day. Greg (the owner) came to the house several times to check on the project and check in with me (and this was not a large project, he is just very attentive and makes sure the job is done right).
We are completely satisfied with the work done by Siding and Windows Group, and will recommend them to anyone and everyone in the future.

“Since 2016 I have had Euro-Tech replace my roof, the entry door from the garage, and four basement windows. I am very satisfied with all the work done. There has been no problem with any of these replacements. The service is professional and the representatives are friendly. Some representatives have been with Euro-Tech long enough for me to recognize them from previous work. I find the continuation of service after the job is done remarkable and professional. Yes, the follow-up calls also include a request to do additional work but Euro-Tech is one of only a few home remodeling companies that have a follow-up plan that includes checking on satisfaction of previous work. They also actually make face to face visits to check on projects completed. Kurt's follow through on previous jobs is appreciated because he makes sure everything is perfect beyond my expectation. The crew cleaned every bit before leaving. After almost a year, we had a minor crack in one of our windows (maybe due to the harsh cold) and without any hassle, they agreed to replace the entire thing. Aaron was very in tuned to what our needs were and guided me when it came to design. He turned an overwhelming situation into a pleasant experience. Being a local company, they invited me into their facility to see hands on the windows being made. After the job was complete, Classic came back to make sure every window was perfect before trim went in. I did a lot of shopping around for windows before I went with Classic.
