Whenever there was a problem with a window ordered through Gary, or even a problem on a Jeld-Wen window installed earlier by a different company, Gary has stepped up, helped us make a warranty claim or an insurance claim, and then has seen it through installation. Polite, efficient and very professional. I also visited the showroom in OKC and was pleased with the displays which helped me see styles and colors and get ideas in person. The doors are pricey and it takes about 8 weeks to get them in, but they are custom made (you can even put different colors or stains on each side), and we are very happy with them.”
