Window Installers in Portland

“Last May, my wife and I made the important decision to invest in custom windows from Brightside for our home—and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. If you’re considering new windows, let me share why this was one of the best choices we’ve made for our home and peace of mind. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM From the very beginning, working with Brightside was a pleasure. Their team was not only professional and friendly, but also delivered on every promise—on time and without hassle. In today’s world, finding a company that values integrity and customer satisfaction as much as product quality is rare, and Brightside exceeded our expectations in both areas. SUPERIOR PRODUCT FEATURES We chose triple-paned, energy-efficient windows and sliding glass doors, all backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty that’s even transferable for ten years. The warranty covers glass breakage, color fading, and even the mini blinds integrated into the patio doors. These features gave us confidence that our investment was protected for the long term. The windows are thoughtfully designed for real-life convenience. They open in a way that allows us to clean the exterior from inside our home—no more dangerous ladders or awkward angles. The subtle tint provides privacy without sacrificing natural light, which is perfect for our location at the end of a long street. Now, we enjoy sunlight without worrying about passersby looking in. OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE IN ALL WEATHER We waited to write this review until our windows had faced the full range of our region’s weather—scorching summers, heavy rains, freezing winters, and hurricane-force winds. The results? Our energy bills dropped noticeably, despite our utility company raising rates. The windows kept our home comfortable and protected, with no leaks or drafts, and they stood strong during a windstorm that damaged our gutters and siding but left the windows untouched. SIGNIFICANT ENERGY SAVIGS AND REBATES Thanks to the high energy efficiency rating, our windows qualified for substantial energy rebates. Brightside made the rebate process effortless, and we received thousands of dollars back—an unexpected but welcome bonus that made our investment even smarter. TRUST AND PEACE OF MIND Choosing new windows is about more than just the product; it’s about trusting the people behind it. Brightside earned our trust completely. Their windows are top-of-the-line, easy to maintain, and come with robust warranties. The entire process—from selection to installation to rebate—was smooth and stress-free. FINAL RECOMMENDATION If you’re a homeowner looking for new windows, I cannot recommend Brightside highly enough. Their combination of quality, service, and value is unmatched. Our home is more comfortable, our energy bills are lower, and we have true peace of mind knowing we made the right choice”

“David McGee Contract Services were a pleasure to work with. His crew did such a fantastic job on our egress window replacement and new concrete well. The price was reasonable, and the egress window looks great! I highly recommend David McGee!”

“East Portland Sash has my business for any and all window needs. They resolved a water intrusion issue with one of my windows well under budget and they did an excellent job. They are quick with communication and everyone on their team was incredibly kind and personable. I was confident that these guys were going to fix the issue "the right way" and not take advantage of the fact that I know nothing about windows! A coworker of mine was also happy with their work and referred me to them after I had contacted SEVEN other contractors to get an estimate. Of the seven, four actually came out to take a look and give me advice on how to address the issue. They either wanted to cover up the issue cosmetically or do a huge overhaul on the window without much investigation. East Portland Sash was the only company to follow through with a bid for the work, and I'm so grateful I didn't have to spend any time debating who to hire. They are the best!!! I really mean it.”
