    “I could not be happier with this company. Needing to replace some windows, I called 3 window companies for bids. Jeffery with All Season was the only one to spot and inform me a very serious dry rot issue. We a wall of windows facing the backyard and the framing around them was involved. I was thankful that he informed me and then helped me find a contractor to come in and fix it first. All Season was very accommodating when it came to working with the contractor. I love my windows and will without a doubt have All Season back to replace the other window in the house.”

    “Great company and product. Chris from Brightside was excellent to work with. He was very thorough and provided all the needed information about the windows, install, and aftercare/warranty. The initial consultation time was short and to the point. There was no pressure from him during the consultation and just wanted to make sure he was able to provide the information and answer the questions we had. Turn around time was quicker than expected to get the windows manufactured. The installers were very courteous with the kids in online home school and a dog that's nervous around strangers. The installers did a great job installing the windows, explaining any issues they ran into. The windows are such an upgrade and really is amazing how much more light comes through them. Now we are budgeting to get the rest of the windows replaced and will for sure have Brightside Home Solutions replace them.”

They come in at budget, have a warm, friendly, respectful attitude and I feel safe with his team in my home while I'm away at work.”

    “Great experience! And when we do the last couple of windows during major remodel, we'll go back to them. We also want to do a French slider - again, from RBA. The installers were marvelous. They had some major frustrations removing the windows and it took longer than expected. But they were careful and worked through it. The guys communicated throughout the process. Dry rot was found and taken care of, gapping issues discussed and resolved. Excellent outcome. The carpenter sent to trim the windows subsequently was amazing. He also listened and talked with us regarding our options, and listened when I let him know about blinds being re-installed. Great job - looks good, if not better. I took awhile to get on the schedule for final review. We had a few problems with office personnel and paperwork issues that we are still handling. Not happy with that, but it's a small price to pay for the gorgeous windows. We couldn't be happier with the way they look - inside & out; the way they function and how easy they are to use (compared tour old, original windows!) What a difference! The true test will be come this winter - hopefully we'll experience the true efficiency of or investment.”

    “We found the workers at Classic Sash and Door very easy to work with. From the design process to completion, they were informative, excellent at their craft and we ended up with a gorgeous front door that fits the character of our 1920's vintage home. We had an unanticipated problem with the door that resulted in it being less than perfect. Classic Sash and Door replaced it with no expectation for additional cost on our part. We thought this was over and above expectations from companies today, and we were very grateful. We had friends visiting recently who remarked, "That is a beautiful door, but I never would have thought it was new!" That is success!”

    ““On our 1865 Victorian home, in Forest Grove, Oregon, Stephen and his team were able to make all our original double-hung windows functional with new cam locks for holding the lower sashes in place when open and lifts, after working through years of being painted shut. They also were able to replace several broken period bubble glass panes,in kind, to meet historic district standards. Stephen and his co-workers were always on time, completed work when they said they would and met the exact cost levels that we had discussed at the beginning of the project. Options were always given for each phase of the project, even when unknown factors, such as a large broken pane, due to another work teams error, arose and still had to fit our very tight timeline. Their professional workmanship made it very easy for others to work around them, when necessary, and provided a clean, functional finished product that will enhance the house for years and years to come. I would recommend Stephen and his crew to anyone needing expert advise and craftsmanship in the completion of a renovation project, especially if there are historic factors that need to be considered.””

    “East Portland Sash & Carpentry got great online reviews, so we called for a free estimate for repairs on some of the wonderful, original windows in our 1907 Craftsman home. Stephen did a full-house assessment of all of our windows, taking detailed notes and sharing his deep knowledge of period architecture and engineering. We then got a detailed estimate from the company, using an online portal that made it extremely easy to choose the scope of the project, and to pay our deposit. Stephen contacted me in a timely manner to schedule the work, and the work itself was completed quickly and with AMAZING quality. Though we technically should do "touch-up painting" now, we hardly feel the need, since the team so skillfully handled the wood trim that you can hardly tell it had been touched. Our windows now work much better, and we will be hiring these guys again when we are ready to do the next phase of our window work. If you are looking for cheapy-cheap, you will want to go elsewhere; but for high-quality artisan work at a fair price, this is a great company to go to. They really know their stuff.”
