John and his crew went out of their way to not inconvenience my family as they did their work. This spring, I had a problem with some screens. “We had problems with leaking from incorrectly installed siding and flashing. Mickey and Jeremy (New Hampshire Windows and Siding), found the problems with the siding and flashing and found additional issues with the roofing materials and a skylight. They quickly resolved the issues, and now, after this weekend storm......no leaks!!!! Thanks Mickey and Jeremy! They did impeccable work and cleaned up completely. “We had worked with this company on getting a large custom made door replaced. The salesman was very knowledgable, understood our requests and limitations on the type of door we needed. There were some delays on getting the door ready. It took twice as long to get as promised. Fortunatly it was installed on a December day that turned out to be mild for our area. The carpenters were excellent. They took their time and we were very pleased with their work. We are also very happy with the new door. We decided to replace our double hung sunporch windows. We again used this company. We worked with the same salesman. He came to our home helped us with the best options for large fixed windows. He said that he would make sure the time frame for delivery and installation of our windows would meet our request. Things were as promised we had the same carpenters come for our windows. Again they did an excellent job.”
