They are always available to answer questions about the product, and stand by "what is said." The window has improved heat/ac costs, and greatly enhanced interior décor and exterior curb appeal of the home. In spite of being the most expensive window we priced, it proved the old trite saying: "you get what you pay for."”

“I chose, after 'interviewing' seven other window companies, Pella to replace 22 windows in my home, which is a two-family duplex. Thanks to another customer cancel, 2 crews came, one working on my side, the other on my tenants. I had chosen Fiberglass windows.
