It is a vacation home so most of the work was done when I was not on site but I completely trusted them in my house without me. They were patient with my hundreds of questions and numerous requests for samples, and made sure that I understood what I was ordering. Their installation team is top notch. They had a positive attitude no matter what surprise or problem came their way and were thoughtful about not damaging my garden (which is almost impossible to do). They left the site very clean. I can't rave enough about them. When we had an issue, the President of the company came out to talk with me. They quickly came up with a solution. This was not my first building project and have worked with folks that aren't nearly as good as Team Monarch. If you work with Monarch Window, you will sleep well at night. “Bravo Paso Robles Glass! We called Paso Robles Glass to replace all the windows in our home. It was a repeat call for they had already replaced two a few years ago. We were so pleased with the price, the product and the crew we called them back to finish up the entire house. After a call to the owner Jarred, someone came out and measured all the windows. Jarred followed up quickly with a very good quote, so good in fact we didn’t even need to get another. A date was agreed upon and the crew showed up on time with everything! The crew explained exactly how they would work through the house but would work with us if we needed anything done another way. It was amazing to see how professional, quick and courteous they were. We have a two story home and two octagon windows on the second story. We thought this may be a challenge. Nope. They made it look easy. In one day all 15 windows were out and replaced. The next day was trim, caulking and cleaning. They look fantastic. It looks as if our home has had a face lift. Jarred recommended a certain type of window due to where we live. He suggested these for cutting down on noise, heat and cold. Wow! They performed just as he said. He explained exactly how they would be put in, even coming out to the house and showing us in person. “I am extremely pleased with my recent purchase and installation of A-1 Glass's "High Performance Ceramic Residential Window Film". I have recently purchased the film to help with the heat that accumulates inside my home from a large bank of windows. I live on the Central Coast, and we do not have AC, but with the large amount of windows in the house, I needed something to help with the heat factor. I spent time researching the right product. This was It! On a recent hot summer day the tempt. outside was 100 plus, yet as I looked at my temperature guage inside the house it registered at 83 degrees! This is a huge difference from what the tempt. use to be! I know that the film has helped tremendously, but this was actual evidence! Also, the installation was done perfectly. Installation is an important factor. I observed the installers that stayed with the job, and were very particular in how the end result would look. People that come to my house can not tell that I have the film on the windows, because there is no indications from the perfect installation, and also because the film is clear.
