“We selected Window Traditions to replace our front door and side light due to the quality of doors they carry. After meeting with Bryan Sante at their showroom in John's Creek, we selected a front door and a screen door. We were very impressed with Bryan's product knowledge, courtesy and desire to make sure we were happy with our choice. Throughout delivery and installation, Bryan was exceptionally service oriented. Because we have an older home, installation of the door and frame was not simple but their installation crew was exceptional and did the job right, the first time. Simply put, they wanted us to be COMPLETELY satisfied with our door purchase. I was pleasantly surprised by their offer and took them up on it. True to their word, they repainted the screen door and it now matches our entry door perfectly! What an improvement! To ensure success, they brought actual door piece samples that had been painted different shades for us to select from. I never complained and yet they still did the right thing to make sure we were 100% happy with our doors.
