Dragon Cellars was founded in Spain in 2007 in order to provide the market with turnkey custom wine cellar projects. Initial styles, more traditional and mostly made of wood, quickly transitioned to new modern designs with special rgb led lighting, created with various materials, mostly steel, glass and acrylic for wine racking systems. After years of intense activity, R&D and extremely satisfied clients the company achieved market leadership. Dragon Cellars has the most exclusive custom wine cellars and wine rooms for the high-end residential and commercial markets. The company is 100% custom, actually designing each wine cellar project including wine racking and furniture specifically for what the client values and needs.
Dragon Cellars is an established firm in Southern Florida, applying their vast experience and same company focus providing the best in personalized service. The Managing Director, Al Fuentes, acting as Master Designer/Consultant has consolidated his team of local experts (general contractor, refrigeration, installers etc…) that can provide everything needed for beautiful and luxurious cellar projects. To maintain the highest of acquired standards, the majority of the wine racking systems will be imported from our fabrication shops in Spain.

was given a schedule when we began and construction went almost exactly as advised. All the contractors were first rate. After construction, if there has been any issue, even the smallest, it was taken care of immediatly. I am so happy I used Dragon to build my cellar. We have finished gutting and redesigning our home and I wanted to put Eurocave large cellars in a space we had in the kitchen. My wife had other ideas and found Dragon Cellars on line along with another company that declined to bid on the project. Al Fuentes has a staff that diligently oversaw the work and with his creative design ideas, we have a cellar that is the show stopping center piece of our home. The access and design are so unique, we feel we have a museum piece for us to cellar and enjoy our wines for years to come. I have another cellar at another home, deep in the basement but no one sees the bottles. With Dragon Cellars you see your bottles right away and the conversations flow.

We have a wine wall in our fine dining restaurant, which was not maintaining proper temperature. Dragon Cellars was able to come in and resolve the issue, after other vendors had tried and failed. My husband and I hired Al from Dragon Cellars to create a wine cellar for our home. I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about Al and his team. Initially, we had difficulty finding the perfect space in our home, but Al was so helpful in finding that perfect spot. Then, it was time for the design phase. I had a lot of grand ideas and Al followed through and made them all happen just as I had imagined and with his creative expertise, he designed a unique, one-of-a-kind cellar. He had everything manufactured and installed as seamless as possible. It is truly a piece of art! With so many thanks to you Al and your amazing work.

I have started in May 2015 to research for wine cellar professionals that could offer me a unique design and something really special for my home. It did not take me long to realize that the contemporary look and espetacular design that I was looking for could only be done by Dragon Cellars, and Al Fuentes (the owner) especially. Great customer service. Al will work with you until you find the right design to accommodate your space and your taste. I needed to change a few things on the original design and he responded quickly in a timely manner. He always made you feel you were the most important client on his list always available to answer questions you may have. Beautiful designs and quality of materials were what attracted us to go to Dragon Cellars, but the service we received was superior. I definitely will hire them for the job in the future.

Al Fuentes is a professional through and through. He was thorough, detailed and ensured every last detail was perfect before the completion of the project. He is based in Madrid, Spain but has started working in the US - specifically South Florida and we were one of this first domestic clients. His ideas are unique and modern and that is exactly what we were looking for, something different than your standard wine racking. The loft in our wine shop is now complete and we couldn't be happier with the final product. The response from wine collectors has been overwhelmingly positive. We will use Al for our private residence and future projects as we expand.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Al Fuentes from Dragon Cellars.I had asked him to quote a project for a wine cellar for my clients in Coconut Grove. Not only was Al very knowledgeable and readily available but also gave my clients excellent ideas and readily understood what we were looking for. He was on time and on target with his quote and was a pleasure to deal with.
The project is on a halt for the moment but I certainly hope that Dragon cellar will carry it when my client will be ready.

I found Dragon Cellars in internet when I was looking for a company that could provide me a custom wine cellar. They where very helpful and called me soon to understand what I wanted. I reached out to Dragon Cellars for the design and installation of a wine cellar in our home. They not Orly delivered a beautifully designed cellar, but it was on time and with high quality materials.
I have to say that what I enjoyed the most of this experience was the personalized attention we got when designing the wine cellar. They gave us the best creative solution that perfectly fits our needs and delivered in a timely fashion, which was really important to us.

We are very satisfied with the result of our wine cava for many reasons.
Dragon cellars works a la cart in our project we discussed with them about our prototype of wine cava and they make a very real design with all the details transmitted. No surprises at the end and the result it was great. Good materials, very easy for working and storing bottles of wine and also very nice design.
