“WineStudio transformed my ugly basement workshop in our nearly 100 year old house into a gorgeous wine cellar. This space originally housed a "prohibition wine cellar" which was closet with a secret back wall. The new design incorporated a nod to the original "cellar" and keeps the spirit of the space alive. It was a big undertaking. The project involved designing the cellar, addressing some old pipes, gas lines, drainage, and unanticipated flooding issues in addition to providing the proper insulation, refrigeration, and humidification controls. The room cellar stores about 1800 bottles. It has a beautiful slate stone floor, wood shelving and counter space, and lighting. I highly recommend Steve, Tim and Wine Studio.”
