“DEC installed wood flooring and baseboards throughout my home. Prior to installation the team grinded the concrete floors applied adhesive and poured self leveling throughout the entire ( excluding restrooms) 2700 ft house. Once that process was complete they installed the flooring and baseboards. All work was done very clean with attention to detail. They also addressed my concerns throughout the installation process. The floor has no soft areas or bounce areas due to the self-leveling that was placed prior to installation. Yes self leveling process is pricey however your end result is excellent. I am extremely happy that we went through the correct process. I have spoken with other people that have the same type of flooring and did not do this process and have bounce and soft areas. We are pleased with our final product and are happy with DEC on not cutting any corners on the installation.”

“Orion resurfaced our garage floor and in doing so transformed a 30 year old cracked-concrete slab into a polished work of art. Everyone who sees our garage floor stops and is taken by its polished appearance. No epoxy here… it’s all about polished aggregate… with slab crakes darkened as if to highlight their journey. It’s an amazing look that has withstood the test of time. Three years later it continues to draw attention. Awesome piece of work Orion - Larry”

“Diego, the owner, is not lying when he says that he is 'passionate about providing customers with premium-grade, design-conscious flooring.' As an Austin resident with a newly emptied condo in Yorba Linda, I had one weekend to visit Simple Floors, make a judgement and request service. Diego and his son-in-law made everything work. Before I landed at SNA, they had dispatched a team to assess the size of the unit and within minutes of my arrival at their store, helped me select three attractive options. I paid and flew back to Texas, hoping all would work out. It did. The floors look great, helping me land a new tenant within days. And the attention to detail cannot be overstated. My father, an old-school veteran of the construction industry, inspected the unit afterwards and said he was impressed with the work. I especially enjoyed working with Amber who was always there to help me and was a pleasure to work with.
