David had so many creative ideas that we would have never thought of (jewelry drawers, a bench with large drawers for boots, sliding drawers behind gorgeous doors to fit more clothing). “Before our home was even finished in Millville DE, I knew I wanted to have the master walk in closet customized. Behind Closed Doors completed the project for us and I could not be more pleased with the results. Patti met with me to select the color and type of cabinets, then went to the house to measure the space and delivered very easy to understand drawings for me via email. Her install crew was great, it was all installed in one day and they did a beautiful job. We even had a last minute change to the design, and she kindly credited the invoice to reflect the portion we did not end up installing. “This company was totally responsive and communicated with me throughout the project. I showed Scott the two closets I wanted done and asked him for his ideas. He came up with solutions using his computer program at my table and the whole design process took maybe a half hour. He told me approximately when I could expect installation and he followed through. The installation itself was a breeze and he totally cleaned up any and all debris before he left. I would highly recommend Scott Burd of Beautiful Closets, LLC without reservation.”
