“Oz did a beautiful job on our kitchen renovation. We did not move any walls, but he removed our 1959 cabinets and appliances back to the plaster, rewired the whole kitchen, and installed new lighting, plumbing, flooring, tile backsplash, cabinets and appliances. He worked with us to help figure out where we could economize and where it was important to spend money. His pricing was completely transparent - he charges for his own labor, without marking up materials or subs. All the subcontractors and vendors he brought in were professional and pleasant and did a great job. The cabinet vendor he recommended was also very responsive to our ideas, made really useful suggestions, and it was obvious that he and Oz had a long, mutually respectful relationship. The kitchen was completed in three weeks! (It would have been two, but the granite countertop took a week or so to template and fabricate.)”

* Responds quickly by phone or email.
* Is always on time
*After reviewing the job, a proposal for the costs is received either later the
same day, or by the next day by phone or email; and a written proposal is handed to me when they walk in my house, outlining the work to be done and the costs so there are no mistakes or surprises.
*Is very pleasant and will chat a bit, but does not stop working to stand and talk, and talk.
* The workmanship is outstanding and they take pride in what they do.
*When the work is completed at the end of the day, the work area is straightened and trash is removed.
* When the job is completed, Dave walks through everything with me and makes sure I know what was done, why, the results, and how to care for products or applications,. He does not leave until I am completely satisfied.
*In this review the question of approximate project date is asked. I started using Dreamwork Home Improvements in June of 2011 and have used them consistently with the last job ending February 2013. I plan to have them come back for another project soon and will always choose Dreamwork Home Improvements.”

“I needed a new roof with gutters. Called several roofing companies and had a very solid recommendation. However I was not satisfied with product. I called Paddy’s as my final contractor before I committed to this other offer. They through a number down along with a quality product. I couldn’t refuse.
I worked with their salesman, project manager and installers. All of who I had conversations with were professional and courteous. They said 1 day for roof 1 day for gutters and a good solid clean up. Well after the year off I questioned the clean up. But they delivered on all 3 commitments.
