Very great experience dealing with the Fannings and our kitchen renovation. As first time home buyers our kitchen was in need of a complete renovation down to the studs and our experience with Austin Fanning General Contractors was extremely great. Very professional team, great communication, extremely punctual when showing up for the job and the end result was beyond what we expected and far exceeded what we envisioned. One major thing was they understood this was our first experience of going through a renovation and were very respectful of that and kept our goals and needs a priority as well as staying within the proposed budget from start to finish. Will definitely be working with them again as we expand into our new home and make further improvements.

As we renovate our home from top to bottom, Austin Fanning has been with us every step of the way. Working on a historic home requires a great deal of patienc , understanding of how older homes were build, a sense of style and a willingness to go that extra mile to make sure the project is done right using quality workmanship and materials. Working with Austin is a pleasure because he is always on time, highly respectful of your property inside and out and takes great care to listen to your needs and ideas. We like working with Austin because he develops creative plans and does not take short cuts. He takes his time to sit with us and get a full understanding of any deadlines, special considerations and budget requirements. One of the first projects Austin did for us was the sunroom. He installed a new ceiling which required many cuts to fit around the highly unusual corners of the room. It was perfect. He next rebuild the entire baseboard to match those in the in the rest of the house, readjusted the French doors so when they closed it was a tight fit and he installed new Baldwin hinges in all the doors. We have since moved on to the living room, dining room, one of the second floor bathrooms , basement windows, second floor entertainment room and work in the master bedroom just to mention a few of the projects. In the coming months Austin will work with us on the kitchen , replacing all the windows on the first floor with historical correct replacements. and the third floor bathroom. Jill and I are very careful as to who we hire to work on our home. Having confidence in the company and being able to know that our vision will become a reality is also important to us. Austin Fanning make those things happen because he is a first rate contractor, who has our satisfaction as priority, other wise he would not have been called back so many times.

Austin Fanning is a gem. He's talented, professional, creative, and takes great pride in his work. I was so fortunate to have had Austin and his team do the renovation on my home.
