Based in Northern Kentucky, Bailey Custom Carpentry (BCC) started in July 2021 as Bailey Home Care (BHC), a handywoman service serving the Greater Cincinnati area. BHC quickly evolved to provide higher-end carpentry and general contracting services, as well as residential and commercial audio installation, and the rebrand was born. Owner and general contractor, Amy Bailey, is a trained and skilled carpenter and audio installation technician with over 20 years of experience in the trades, and she loves building decks. Katie MacDonald, operations manager, has over 20 years of experience in small business management, manages the day-to-day office operations, and occasionally runs the miter saw. The goal of Bailey Custom Carpentry is to offer quality craftswomanship at competitive rates while providing exceptional customer service and transparency. We value quality work, safety, honesty, and communication, and we strive to exceed customer expectations with every project. At BCC, we embrace equity and diversity in a serious way.
