Joe and his wife Bonnie started Chestnut Pines Contracting in 2011 after years of dissatisfaction with the corner-cutting and unsustainable ways of doing business he saw in many GC companies. Joe’s skill, dedication to his neighbors, and vision for a responsible, sustainable contracting business aligned perfectly with Bonnie’s background in non-profit management and “Green” MBA. Joe can do a little bit of everything but specializes in custom carpentry projects.
