Have used them in the past and was very satisfied. Ask for a new quote for oak flooring, and I was given one, I said proceed without delivery as I can pick it up. I took up my old flooring. Two days after accepting the quote I was informed they had made a mistake and it would be twice as much. I asked for the manager several times and Tammy said she was one of the owners. I asked what we could do about that and she said it was an honest mistake and nothing could be done. Not very good business practices from where I sit.

We have had Freedom make many doors for our restoration of our 1880's farmhouse. We have also had them make exact replicas of the original baseboard, casing, rosettes and plinth blocks, They are currently working on matching an original chair rail. We are extremely happy with the work they do.

Freedom Products was absolutely wonderful to work with, and we were lucky enough to visit their office/showroom/workshop to see the team in action. From the first moment we spoke with Tammy and learned of their team's love of custom wood projects, we knew Freedom was a great fit for our new house project. And they didn't disappoint! I had a vision of the massive dinner table for our new house to pass on for generations. When i visited with Tammy, i knew they would make it perfect. The personal interaction on color and finish showing me option, after option, and finishing with the color and finish i envisioned. My stairs were an open concept and i wanted huge treads and landing. They built me butcher block style, and they are solid as a rock. i would highly recommend having them build any piece to make it truly what you want, and it WILL LAST.

When we purchased our home 2 years ago the washer/dryer hookups were in a closet in the dinig area with louvered bi-fold doors. From the beginning I wanted to do something to improve the overall look of the room. When I first started to imagine the area with sliding doors the Freedom Products staff were very helpful with suggestions as to what would or would not work in the area. Tammy listened to our ideas and helped us bring them to life. The wood by-pass doors and hardware they designed for our project modernized the entire room. We love the finished project!!

The trim, casing, crown molding, inside doors, and stair products worked out so beautifully. The window casings and stairwell makes a big WOW statement as you enter the home! The workmanship and millwork is outstanding. We could tell that you pay close attention to details because of how well all the doors, casings, and trim work was going up with the color of the stain being right on target with the flooring.
