James did a great job at building our lounge alcoves from site visits to the actual fitting. The units/shelves look great. He was always upfront on timings and great communication throughout a very busy summer period.

We approached James to ask his advice on repairs to our old exterior French doors, James visited to assess the works, and took time to explain the options available to us. After some consideration we decided to source reclaimed hardwood doors but did not want to replace the original framing. Ever flexible on our dithering, James was very supportive and gave us detailed feedback on which of our sourced doors was the best option. He then visited again to take precise measurements of the replacement doors and framing crafting a bespoke surround to fit perfectly. We are very happy with the result a seamless transition between the original features and the reclaimed doors. James is approachable, knowledgeable, highly skilled, reliable, responsible and reasonably priced. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

James recently completed a renovation project on our family home. From the outset James was very approachable and took the time to talk us through our plans. He fully managed our expectations about how the work would progress and projected costs. During the work, James was heavily involved, completing a huge portion of the labour himself but also organising the many tradesmen required. James and his team were very punctual and respectful at all times. We had total confidence in leaving him in control of our home while we went to work. Throughout the project James was open to change and was able to guide us in the many decisions we had to make. James is a total perfectionist, he has so much experience to draw upon and completes his work as if it’s for his own home. I was heavily pregnant during our renovation, James went above and beyond to have the work completed in time for the new arrival, often meaning he stayed behind and worked late into the evening. James enabled us to have the home we have always wanted for our family. When it came to our garden project the following year we looked no further than James. This time we had a very fluid idea of what we wanted. James took control and created a fantastic outdoor space which we are really thrilled with.
