It is my greatest joy to be able to create something beautiful and unique, and you allowed/encouraged me to do just that. Working with the "old barn wood" was particularly fun and sometimes challenging. The color and textures are very awesome and timeless. Great choice!
I wish you only the best of health and joy in your new home!
I'm so pleased that you are happy with the end result. You both were a joy to work for and thanks for being so tolerant with the "shop" set up in your garage!
Thank you for the kind words and truly wonderful review!
Also thanks for the coffee and the hugs!
Be blessed some more!
Ever grateful, Michael~
Looking forward to updating your handrail system in the near future! Thanks again...
I enjoyed giving suggestions and you both discussed them and said "go for it"! It is very gratifying to me to be able to share my expertise with homeowners, implement them and watch the expressions of satisfaction and even joy come across their faces when the project is completed.
Thanks again for allowing us to help make your home more beautiful!
Thank you for your very nice review of our service to you.
We are looking forward to assisting you with the design and remodel of your "slightly outdated" staircase next year.
I very much appreciate your kind words here and your hospitality on the job!
Not only do I like doing the work that I do (that's why I say "I don't 'have to' go to work,
I 'get to' go to work") I so enjoy meeting awesome folks like you. Getting to know you and finding out the things that you have accomplished is gratifying.
Such a small world we live in. To find out that my former wife's father worked with your father over at the Oregonian was awesome!
I'm looking forward to seeing you both again and assisting to make your lovely home even lovelier!
It was so very awesome to have created a real thing of beauty for you and your beautiful wife!
I just love it when I have some creative license! I know that we discussed quite a bit of detail and made a change or two and then you allowed me to "Surprise you" with some pretty fun things. Like the newel cap details and a couple of other things that you will notice "some day", or not.
So glad that you understood what I meant about "moving in" with my portable shop. Of course with Preetha's condition you both "moved out"! With the hardwood floor guys there as well, there really wasn't any choice.
I'm very happy that you two are pleased with what we did and I too am looking forward to the next phase of the project!
Thanks again for everything!
It has been my pleasure to work with you and I'm honored to have you trust me with your clients. Your attention to detail is unmatched to be sure and undoubtedly has led to your success. Looking forward to many more beautiful and challenging projects with you! So grateful for you!
It was a real pleasure to have worked for you on both of your projects.
With our friend and awesome interior decorator/designer Vicki Simon ( http://www.houzz.com/pro/vickisimon/vicki-simon-interior-design) your home
will be absolutely stunning!
It is easy for me to go the "extra mile" for my clients because I value their
lives and comfort. After all, I have the experience and when I see something
that isn't quite right (a possible nuisance to the homeowner, like the entry
door not staying closed), I know how to fix it. Besides, it doesn't take much time
to do. So, I'm there, I can fix it, let's "get er done"! It's only 5 or 10 minutes and
can assist in making life a little more pleasurable, or at the very least, less
annoying! I am so blessed to have lived a long and prosperous life and love to share the blessings/experiance with whomever I can.
Looking forward to the next adventure with you and Vicki!
It was a pleasure to have worked on your crown molding project. I enjoy working through all of the ideas that my clients have. When we come up with a solution, and the project is complete I get a wonderful feeling of satisfaction. As I have said before, I don't have to work, I "get to work"!
Thanks for your wonderful review!
I was my pleasure to have contributed to the beauty of your entry way.
I enjoy assisting clients with their design decisions and yours was particularly
gratifying. Robyn's original design idea (actually chosen from a photo here on Houzz!)
was different and beautiful. To be able to add to it by using my original newel post
top design was the icing on the cake, not only that, She loves it!
Thank you for the work and the latitude to make the magic happen!
Thanks for that awesome review! It was a pleasure to have worked on your project and for allowing me to have "free reign" so to say with the design and implementation. That's one of the best parts of my (I get to) job. So happy that you, Cathy and the in-laws are pleased. Next?
U R Z Best!
Yes, it was a challenge to fit the crown up to the ceilings which are over 100 years old! I've done it more than once and find great satisfaction in how the job looks after the hours of "cutting, fitting, planing, fitting, sanding and more fitting then finally nailing it up!
I'm happy that you are happy! Looking forward to the next project ;-}
It was a real pleasure to have worked for/with you on your handrail project. It's because of folks like you that I don't call my work a "job" it is rather a "I get to" go to work and assist in making a difference in someones home.
My best to David with his upcoming surgery and to you with the new job!
Thank you so much for trusting me and my crew to do that marvelous project! Also thanks for all of lunches and donuts/coffee that you so graciously brought to the job!
It has been my pleasure to have worked on your home to make it a bit safer and more beautiful. Also, thank you for your hospitality and many lunches from New Seasons which were gratefully accepted by my mind and body! It was my pleasure have contributed to your lives in the way that I did.
