Greenport Designs was founded by brothers Eli & Jacob Froneberger, who shared a vision that one day they could change the world. Each with a passion for woodworking, they honed their skills through years of working in various and separate fields. In 2013, they designed their first pieces together, planter boxes made from old-growth oak pallets, destined for the landfill. After high demand at farmers' markets, they pooled their resources together to create a company focused on utilizing a quality and finite resource so often neglected. With climate change being an increasingly pressing matter for everyday life, it is now more important than ever to step up and take a stand. We did just that. We created this business to cut down on environmental hardship, while also providing our customers with an exemplary product.
