Bob's guy Roland did great work for a day in our kitchen, but when I received the rest of the product to finish the job, Bob became completely non-responsive. He told me numerous times, for months, "maybe next week" we could schedule something. He eventually stopped returning my phone calls. I waited for months and I wish he would have just told me from the beginning he wasn't interested in the work. If your project is time sensitive and/or responsiveness is important to you, you may want to look elsewhere. Now I'm looking for someone else to finish.

Bob has completed two projects for me. The first was a complete remodel of my mid 90's staircase. He did a beautiful job and the end product is stunning. The job was done very professionally and in a timely manner. The 2nd job was a major kitchen remodel and as you can see it too turned out fantastic. I had never done any remodels before and Bob had some great ideas that really added a special look to both jobs. Bob also made recommendations on subcontractors and all of them did great work. I will be using Bob again soon for a master bath remodel, I trust his advise, his ideas are great and work quality is superb!!!

We did a remodel on our basement in late 2013, and Bob’s team built us a custom alder step bar in the old-pub style, as well as a mudroom workbench. · We had a wonderful experience with Bob, starting with the estimating and design process all the way through to the finish. We were able to iterate with Bob on the design until we had something we really liked. He did not rush us through this process. · His estimates were clear, and we understood exactly what we would pay and how payments would be made. · Bob’s team was on time, on budget, and always professional – very trustworthy. · We were very comfortable with every worker he brought to our house, and with getting the right insurance requirements in place prior to starting work. · The final product was very good quality, and looked completely natural in our house…like it had been there from the time the house was built! · We plan to use Bob for any additional remodeling needs in the future.
