We have used Mark Quigley for large and small jobs at our house in Waltham. He has done very good work, on the whole, is prompt, very reliable and honest.

People don’t always think of a GC firm for painting but we highly recommend his firm for this too. An excellent company, all the way around.

Mark W Quigley General Contracting has performed many projects for us over the years. Most recently he and his crew completely rebuilt our wrap around front porch. Structurally and cosmetically, the porch had been neglected for too many years. Mark redesigned the columns and created decorative bases to be in keeping with the 100 year old house while utilizing the latest materials available for a long lasting finish. Mark is also a terrific communicator and businessman. He returns phone calls in a timely fashion. When Mark first worked for us, we had sent out inquiries to three contractors. Mark completed the job before the other contractors returned the original phone calls. We have never looked back. I have called on Mark Quigley for a variety of jobs. Mark does huge building and renovation projects in the area. I was surprised he gave the time to do my small projects. He is always personally involved. The results are perfect. I highly recommend him for small and large projects.

You expect that your contractor will do good work, though sometimes they don't. Mark Quigley does excellent work. Not only that, he comes up with creative ideas and solutions for your project that you might not have considered. He cleans up after himself--every day. He plays good music while he works. He gets things done on time and within the budget. I'd hire him again without hesitation. And I'd highly recommend him to anyone doing the tiniest project to the largest.

Mark Quigley is wonderful in every way ... honest, professional, intelligent, and very creative. His work is impeccable. I highly recommend him if you wish to have work done or repaired on your home. The house he repaired so well for me has since been sold (2014) but his work was excellent, and I regret that it is no longer visible for you to observe. It was perfect.

Mark did a great job. He came in at the bid price and in the time of the contract. Mark also made sure that everything was done perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the results! In addition, during the course of the work Mark and his team were incredibly neat and a real pleasure to have around!
