Had an awesome experience working with Bryan and his team. They’re incredibly professional and are experts at their craft. They made all of the right recommendations for our pergola build out and really focused on attention to detail. I was amazed at how fast they worked too! Would recommend to anyone I know. Not sure it gets any better than their work!

I contacted Bryan in the early spring about replacing the aging boards on my deck with Timbertech-Azek PVC decking. Although my project was small in comparison to most of the work Nest does, Bryan checked in often as some painting prep work was completed prior to installation. Not only does the finished deck look amazing, but Nest was wonderful to work with- very professional and the craftsmanship is outstanding. They even completed a small project for me on the fly so I could hang my flower pots. Highly recommend Nest to anyone who's deck needs an update, you won't be disappointed!

Bryan was so easy to work with while adding a pergola and turf to our roof top! He was very knowledgeable, great at explaining materials/ process, and very good at checking in to make sure we were happy through out the process. He was also very clean and great at keeping our area neat while doing the work. Would highly recommend him and his crew!

Bryan and his team replaced our roof, which was under a fairly built out rooftop deck, they did so quickly and professionally at a great price! Bryan also redecked the entire 1500 square foot deck with new decking and built in seating. He did everything to code, and as requested and was incredibly responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend Bryan to friends and family, he does great work, he is trustworthy and either lays out what you want or comes with new ideas to make your space look amazing.

Bryan and his crew did a great job on the construction of our pergola. Bryan was really patient and had great insights on design, materials, and timing. I found Bryan to be very trustworthy and his team is hard working. He completed the project on time and on budget. I have already contacted Bryan about additional projects.

UPDATE: We still love our deck, but a problem that we noticed in the beginning--the planks aren't flat; they bow in areas all over the deck--seems to be getting worse. When I brought this up to Bryan right after construction, he was like, (paraphrasing here): "duh. Of course the planks aren't flat, you asked me to use the existing foundation." Which is true, but was the onus on us to know that this would happen? We know jack about construction. Seems to me he should have told us this very obvious thing ahead of time, and we would have had him build a new foundation. PREVIOUS REVIEW Bryan and his crew did a fabulous job on our new deck. They were meticulous, professional, pleasant and hard-working and got the job done on time. What sets Bryan apart is that he's an awesome collaborator. He has a great sense of style married with a warm personality and plenty of diplomacy. I, meantime, know nothing about decks or construction but had a ton of ideas about what I wanted. Bryan took my hodgepodge of ideas and crafted them into a beautiful deck. I highly recommend these guys and can't wait to use them on our next home project.

Bryan and his crew did a great job. They helped us replace our deck and siding, and was conscious of trying to reuse materials that were still good. They were professional, hard working, and trust worthy. I have already recommended Nest Construction to other people and will continue to use them for additional projects in the spring.

Bryan was fantastic. He helped design, develop, and was extremely easy to work with through the process. He and his team did an excellent job and I'd highly recommend for anyone looking to add or finish a roof deck to home.

Bryan and his crew did an amazing job on the build of our custom garage roof pergola. Bryan was very tuned in to the details that we desired for the construction in terms of style and finishing, and patient while he explained the intricacies of this type of build. We talked a lot about the nuances of the design I had in mind, and Bryan sent photos and asked questions all along the way (we were out of town) to ensure the finished project was as desired. He uses the highest quality materials, and the finishing details (painting over the hardware so it matches the wood stain, for example) made for a perfect project. The finished pergola is absolutely perfect and we couldn't be happier!

We were referred to Bryan from a friend of ours and he finished our walk out rooftop deck on our single family home. Bryan was extremely responsive from the beginning and his communication was always prompt, professional and detailed. He worked around our schedules to come do an estimate and all follow up meetings, he got us our quote quickly and started the project within two weeks. Aside from our experience working with him on the business side, he is also a very talented carpenter. He and his team laid our entire deck, and they built up metal railings, constructed a large pergola and privacy fencing and build a custom sectional couch. The quality is second to none and the finishing details that he recommended really added such a nice touch. We could not be happier with how our rooftop deck turned out and would absolutely recommend Bryan and his team.
