New Creation Carpenters

We absolutely loved working with New Creation Carpenters. We had custom cubbies built in a hallway (mudroom) and base molding added to our kitchen cabinets. It has changed how are house functions. Cam was so easy to work with and everything turned out beautifully. Having to cut into a wall can lead to surprises but Cam had reasonable solutions for us to choose from and kept the project moving. He didn't bat an eye when I made a change at the very end of the project. He just made it work. We loved them and the work they did!!

We were thrilled about our experience with NCC. From initial planning meeting, through installation and final clean-up, everything met and exceeded our expectations. Cam is a talented and creative carpenter. He helped us design our perfect wall unit, and then - on top of that - he built us a charming "fairy door" at my request to complete our project. It was the "delight factor." NCC initiated our job earlier than estimated and completed it before we expected. They prepped, they cleaned during the process, they left our home spotless. It has been a pleasure to work with them. Cam did beautiful carpentry work and Carl was the communicator we all wish for but rarely experience. This was a "non-stress" project from beginning to end.

I was recommended New Creation by Dexter Cabinetry when I was asking about getting a semi-custom built in entertainment center. They recommended New Creation and I could not have been more pleased. Cam came to the house on several occasions to talk design ideas and get an idea of all our specific needs. Several weeks later, he arrived and installed an amazing entertainment center that all our friend have given complements on. The size and proportions were spot on for our 2 story living room and the craftsmanship was excellent. What was also impressive was how professional the installation was in term of not only taking pride in his work/product but also care to clean up and not mar the floors. The install was over 2 days and not only were tools put out of the way from the kids but the garage were wood was cut was cleaned up prior to me coming home on both day. . If there is one disadvantage of the project is the time it can take. However, the quality is more than worth it and the price is comparable to furniture at mid-level stores without the advantage of being custom. I would highly recommend him and are planning to have them back for more projects.

My husband surprised me by having Cam make me a farmhouse dining room table. I was blown away how beautiful this piece is. I can't wait to create many memories around this table in the years to come. Cam is easy to work with and pays attention to detail. I would highly recommend him and his crew for any home projects.

The kitchen turned out better than the way I had envisioned it. Cameron suggested some really innovative ideas that I had not considered and they were perfect. His creativity and eye for the details really made this my dream kitchen. I especially love my custom 10' table, which matches the pantry wall and baking center countertops. True craftsmanship.

New Creation Carpenters did our kitchen remodel as well as a half bath. They did an excellent job! I needed some custom work done to match my cabinets and it was perfect. They also did some entrance way cubbies and some other custom touches that really looked great. Lastly their customer service, especially their patience with us while we made several decisions, was truly stellar. I highly recommend New Creations Carpenters.

Cameron from New Creation Construction was a joy to work with. He listened to what I wanted and made a beautiful cabinet for my bathroom. I felt that we collaborated on the project and the result is just smashing. It might sound strange but I like to show people my powder room now because it is a work of art. My time frame was very loose but he responded promptly when I needed to contact him. He rocommended an electrician that was professional and very nice also. Custom work is expensive, but it was well worth the investment

New Creation Carpenters did a fabulous job on my stairway, new wood flooring and crown moulding. The finish carpentry work was flawless. Cameron was very professional throughout the entire project. I appreciated how his crew cleaned up their work area at the end of every day. I also felt very comfortable having them work on my home while I was away.

To Whom It May Concern: My wife and I undertook remodeling a 144 year old condo in downtown Ann Arbor, MI. Our 2-Story 2,000 square foot gem needed the expertise, skill, and dedication that only Cameron and his crew could provide. Cameron did all of the trim around our 15 restored windows, the baseboards, hung and trimmed out 10 doors, and custom installed our entire kitchen cabinets, living room shelving, and closets systems. His custom built Teak shelving in our second bathroom reflected the perfect image my wife had in her mind and the custom built bench seating in our foyer solved many functional problems in a small space. Cam and his team tackled every problem one could imagine dealing with an old condo such as ours—but his ingenuity, creativity and skill provided clear direction and total satisfaction. We decided to have a custom bar built for our condo complete with a lit onyx surface. The contractor we hired was reputable but somehow the piece lacked that final touch that makes one say, “Wow”. Cam took one look at it and simply asked, “Do you mind if I take a shot at it?” Days later, we realized that Cam is not just a great trim carpenter, but a true wood craftsman who could build anything. At that we had Cam build us a 6 foot Walnut dining table. Simply put, it is magnificent. Well it didn’t stop there. Our front entrance door was built circa 1945. It was pretty beat up. It was beyond refurbishing. The historical society would only allow a replacement door that exactly replicated the existing door. It was an intricate design common for that era. Cameron fashioned us a Mahogany door that impeccably replicated the original door. In short we highly recommend Cameron and his crew for any job. He is professional, affordable and highly skillful.

We have hired Cam for three different carpentry jobs in the last two years: designing and building built-in cabinets and a window seat in our family room, remodeling our laundry/mud room, and installing a new front door with custom woodwork. He did a great job on all three projects. Cam is meticulous and aims to please his customers. We highly recommend New Creation Carpenters to anyone who wants beautiful, well-crafted carpentry. We're looking forward to having him work on other projects in our home in the future.
