About Us

Ninzan Studio is a design-build carpentry company based in Sarasota FL serving Sarasota and Manatee County areas including Lakewood Ranch and the barrier islands. Company owner and operator Xavier Garcia Jr. founded Ninzan Studio in 2009. He completed a Bachelor of Design Architecture degree from the University of Florida in 2003. After several years of architectural internship, he transitioned into a hands-on approach in design and construction concentrating in carpentry as a skilled trade. He has a keen eye for details, high level of craftsmanship, and brings architectural training and practical construction experience to each project. Ninzan Studio offers design and shop drawing services so that you may "see" your project on paper before any work is built. Regardless the size of your project, Ninzan Studio will provide the highest level of craftsmanship to meet and exceed your expectations.
