St. George Constuction was the finish carpenter on my kitchen and bath remodel. It was truly a pleasure to work with Ian and his staff. The work was top notch and communication and availabilty throughout the project was great. For example they built a custom mudroom closet that was not part of our spec drawings. We sat down, i showed Ian some examples of what we had in mind and together we came up with a functional elegant finished product. His insight was never overbearing just mindful which was great.

Ian was wonderful to work with. He has great communication skills. He is willing to meet in person, on the phone, email and even text. The project was to replace windows in the back bay of Boston on an old brownstone. Also to remove wallpaper, fix plaster and paint the interior room walls and windows. Ian and his team was knowledgeable and able to navigate the difficulties of project permitting and rigorous approval steps of the back bay. The project was on time, on budget and was exactly what I asked for. I will absolutely have Ian perform work for me in the future!

I hired Ian for some light construction work on my house in 2015. Ian is unlike other contractors because he really takes the time to understand your goals AND your budget. Ian will work with you to find a solution/design that fits your needs without forcing you to overspend. The work was done quickly and professionally. In short, Ian does great work, but is an even better project manager and communicator.
