We had an entire interior wood trim package done by Tom. He did an excellent job and exceeded every expectation we had. The job we needed done wasn't an easy task to complete since we were living in the home and and had to move all the furniture around every room in the house before he could install trim. Tom was very patient and respectful, He showed up everyday on time and never complains. I highly recommend tom and Teaham Construction. If we need some general contract work in the future we will be calling Tom to come out and do our project for us. Thank you Tom for doing such a nice job on our home.

We had Tom come out and install our, ground level deck on our new construction home in South Puyallup. AMAZING JOB! Couldn’t be happier with the work, craftsmanship, professionalism and collaboration we had. Every step of the build he is as available to answer questions and concerns. Also, he was very knowledgeable of the materials and gave advice on the different characteristics of each type that was available and what would best fit our needs. He never tried to sell us anything. Just honest advice from years of experience. What an outstanding resource for homeowners with no experience in this type of project. Would definitely recommend and use him as our contractor again!

I have hired Teaham Construction to do multiple projects at our house. First, we had him build a beautiful, modern deck over a small ravine in our backyard. This deck included a modern privacy fence to block the view of the neighbors behind our house. The second job was to build a short, modern fence in front of the ravine to prevent our kids from going down the hill. Finally, he built a beautiful entertainment wall in our bonus room that involved cabinets, shiplap, walnut counters, and tall bookcases. I found Tom to be highly professional. He listed to our ideas and looked at our sketches, offered suggestions, and designed projects that met our needs for both function and design. He was also incredibly flexible and gave us options of having material delivered or offered to pick it up for us from the store. He was also very trustworthy. We weren't always home while he was building some of the projects and we gave him access to our house while we were gone. There were never any issues. Our place was always tidy and he always locked everything up afterwards. Further, he arrived when he said he would and worked diligently while here. He's also incredibly reasonable. The quality of his work is superb and the price cannot be beat. We will continue to hire him for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone needing work done.

I was so happy with the first job that Tom did for me (fencing) that I called him to install an attic ladder and do some other projects for me at my home. His reliability and workmanship have impressed me on each job. His prices are very reasonable as well.

We recently hired Tom to do demo, framing and structural beam install for a kitchen remodel, as well as, window and door installation. Tom was professional from start to finish. He came to our first meeting prepared, having already researched material pricing and was familiar with the plans. He showed up when he said he would and worked hard while at our house. The real value was in his input on options to save time and money. He suggested solutions and worked with the structural engineer to implement. Tom emailed me updates throughout the project. I have known Tom for more than10 Years . He is a very reliable person . Honest and hard working. He works for reasonable rates and does a good job .He also knows what he is doing.

A friend referred me to Tom a few months ago. It's been tough finding a contractor who isn't a flake. The vibe was good. I had him price out my rear deck. Out of four contractors, two never got back to me and the other one that did was nearly twice as much Tom's price. Needless to say, I went with him. My deck turned out amazing. I'm having him do my bathroom next.
