About Us

the Village Carpenter is Family owned and operated business started by my Grandfather when he retired from the steel mill in 1961. I started "in tow" with my Grandfather and Great Grandfather instilling old school craftsmanship and hard core work ethic into a profession they noted, "will always be good for the Family." When Clients call the Village Carpenter, they get me, Mark Letersky, Master Carpenter and Mason from start to finish on every project, as well as an immediate history of a way of doing business on a level where everyone is your Neighbor and they appreciate quality work at a fair price.
