Walsh Custom Homes

I am not much of a review writer (lazy, I guess), but in this case, I am pleased to provide a review for a wonderful company. I have used Walsh Custom Homes for several projects, from a few thousand dollar repairs/remodel to a million dollar renovation and addition. In every case, I have been more than pleased with every aspect of their work. It's amazing to see the same faces on each project and I believe it speaks to the stability of the company. The craftsmanship has been first-rate. Any changes that I requested were pleasantly received and provided swiftly and painlessly. (including the one time that I wanted a change AFTER the fact.) . I unhesitatingly recommend Walsh Custom Homes and am proud to do so. You may notice that I only gave them four stars in the category of Communication. Well, I am inpatient and they are a busy company. Would you rather deal with a contractor that isn't busy at all? What would that say about their work? I want a busy firm. Thanks.

Hired Walsh Custom Homes May 2021 to update our mother's home for sale. We were told it would be 4-6 weeks (end of June). By end of August, we needed to hire our own plumber to finish the job and deducted the amount from the final payment. Poor communication, work not being done correctly and needed to be redone, no one showing up when scheduled. and too many other issues to list.
