Good day! We had Scott over at our house last night to repair our chaise. The frame had given away along one side. Scott not only repaired the frame but added more wood and glue to reinforce it. Great attitude and dedication to his craft! We recommend him to anyone in need of furniture repair.

We had an old table, more than 35 years old with sentimental value. The table top was not in good condition, but the rest was good. The piece underneath the top, though, was curved and worth saving. We asked Scot what he could do and he suggested building a new table top and cleaning and polishing the rest of the table. The result was a beautiful, restored table, keeping the old style. The craftsmanship was excellent. We are very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Scot and Wooden It Be Nice. Thanks Scot.

We had our families 50+ year old vintage wooden waterskis made into a bookshelf , which will be proudly displayed in our cottage overlooking the lake where they were used for 3 generations. After retiring I started to play darts and turned into a collector. I needed a place to store them so I contacted Scott. I did not know what I wanted but together we came up with ideas. After fine tuning we came up with a solution that gets them on the wall and displays them beautifully. The system is also flexible so I can move the panels around if necessary. It was a pleasure working with Scott and I am very satisfied with the result and would recommend him to others.

I recently hired Scott to perform a repair on a very expensive table that my wife and I had purchased. During moving the slide mechanism underneath that allows the table to grow for leaf inserts, separated from the table. Scott came over and repaired the very heavy table in a matter of 2 hours and even help me reassemble the table and move it back into position. Also he charged me less than the agreed amount. Very friendly, prompt, and professional work. He is clearly a craftsman.

Working with Scott on this project for our daughter has been a pleasure. From our first meeting he's completely understood our concerns regarding VOCs and off gassing and was very receptive and also knowledgeable in suggesting materials for use. He took our general ideas for the project and came up with a number of design options at different price points for us to choose from and was open to discussing and collaborating on all design elements. Had a custom piece built for a project on was working on. The piece I needed was built out of barn board with miter edges, this is no easy feat but Scott did a great job keeping the uniqueness of the wood while not showing any areas of cutting or sanding, excellent work!
