“Exceptional service. Will only use Matt for my garage doors. Honest, priced fair with quick service. He even helped me over the phone at no charge. My sensors were dirty and not communicating. I thought my garage needed repair. He honestly told me what was wrong and told me how to fix it myself. Took 2 minutes and a rag. Just an honest good man.”

“We have used Affinity Garage Doors on 2 other occasions and referred them many times. They are the only garage door company we will call. Prior to finding them, I had dealt with companies who made promises and gave warranties, then when I had a problem they were out of business! On this occasion, we moved into a new home (foreclosure) with Wayne Dalton garage door openers (these are no longer being made). The garage door openers were not working and we did not have remotes for them. Robert and Rick were able to come out on short notice (we had to get into the garage doors to move our items into the house more easily) and they provided a remote for an item no longer being made! They were super nice and courteous and the person that answers the phone is always helpful too! Thanks so much for your quick and friendly service!!!!!”

“1st Sergeant Garage Was Excellent ! If you’re searching to get your garage door fixed correctly, look no further.I accidentally hit my door with my car. I called multiple;e companies but they were either trying to charge before even seeing the issue or they were not able to fix my garage door that day. finally I was able to book a Technician with 1st Sergeant Garage. they were great and took the time to Explain to me all my options. They look for options to save money but at the same time safely get my door operating. Finally I decided to Replace the damaged panels of the garage. everyone else was just trying to sell me a new door. the next day they arrived and replaced the damaged sections. My door looks brand new again. naw it even makes less noise when it moves. I am so happy with the whole experience . thank you 1st Sergeant Garage”
