“Danny always provides excellent amazing and timely service; he is my go-to call for plumbing! He replaced our water heater, repaired numerous leaks on different occasions, replaced our faucet and helped our families for years. He took the time to explain different options, prices, and issues to help us understand what was going on before we took the next step. “This is a real find in Plumbing professionals. During the first visit to take care of some immediate issues (broken winterized pipe, change a faucet, etc) the plumber evaluated the further needs and said that I would need more than an hour time segment for two people to get the rest plumbing done. The next appointment was set while he was here. The next day two plumbers came, on time, right on the dot of when they said they would be here, and started working on the problem, a clogged kitchen pipe on the third floor. The job was quite complicated as the pipe was so clogged that the water had diverged flow, making it quite difficult to diagnose and correct. They took care of this and a number of other issues that were not planned for the day, after calling their company to report the extras and estimate the time they would take. I was so pleased with the work that after they left I was looking around to find what other plumbing needs might I have for the future, only to realize they had taken care of everything! (for the moment that is). I recommended the company to a friend who hired them and in her turn was very pleased with them.”

“I was in the process of purchasing a home and Essig came out to evaluate the septic system, water and heating. Jim was very thorough and explained everything he did. He spent over an hour with me, finding the tank, and piping a camera through as much of the plumbing as he could, removing a water filter and checking the water pressure and finding lots of burst baseboard heating pipes. He answered all of my questions (which i asked constantly!) and made sure that he didn't leave until I was completely satisfied with his service. They had a special going on so I paid a third of what other companies in the area would have charged me. In addition- I needed a written estimate for the work and a letter detailing the evaluation- both were done in a timely and professional manner. Sadly, the house fell through (it was a short sale) but I would absolutely recommend Essig to anyone- and I have! They're going to be installing a new furnace for my sister-in-law :)”
