“I would highly recommend Baron Construction for your next project, and here's why. We had a bedroom remodel and Josue and the Baron Construction team were very professional from Day 1. When they came in to scope out the work, we were provided with an estimate at the same time - with an initial write up of the contract. We also received documentation on their licenses, bond, and insurance - all on the first meeting. Baron Construction was able to start our project a few days after we had signed the contract. Once the project started, the team was very conscious to cover the floors and other areas to make sure it wouldn't be impacted from the work. They had estimated 2 weeks to complete the work and came within that timeframe. Our bedroom remodel included replacement of ceiling (due to leak from bathroom above), check for additional leaks, texturize ceiling and paint, installation of recessed lighting, painting of walls and closet interior, replacement of carpet with new flooring, and new baseboards. We were impressed with their commitment to the quality of their work and made sure we were happy along the way. If you have home improvement projects in mind, I would recommend Baron Construction. I know we'll definitely keep them in mind for our next project.”

“We have a split level home (tri-level actually) with an open floor plan. We have a staircase that is smack in the middle of the house and is a true focal point from the Kitchen, the Living Room, the Family Room and the front entry way. In short, the stairway needed to be upgraded for both safety and aesthetic reasons. It also needed to be a close material match to our hardwood floors as well as some glass room dividers. Len and his crew were prompt and professional. The stairway is now safe and looks fantastic. We have not used many contractors but our experience with Seacliff was a good one.”

“We hired Mark McDonald, Tracery Professional Builders, on recommendation to raise a sunken living room, strengthen and level subfloors for hardwood floor installation, repair a termite damaged wall, install raised ceiling lights and a host of home remodel items. From the outset, we were really impressed with the extent to which Mark worked with us to get the remodel completed the way we wanted and to his high standard. Something not done right would be redone, even before we noticed it. There doesn't seem to be any aspect of a home, how to design, build, remodel or repair it that he doesn't have a mastery of and, in fact, he holds a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering. Mark's quote laid out all his costs, including detailed material list and where he generates his profit, all open, fully honest, nothing hidden, and the price was very reasonable. The number of little things that Mark and his crew did at no cost to help us through the construction process, including moving furniture in and out, was equally impressive. In the end, beautiful remodel, couldn't be happier with the job Mark and his crew did.”
