Linden designed this house on 15 acres in Shelburne, VT with the help of A. Ginsburg Architects ( http://www.aginsburgarchitects.com/). It's a 2,000 SF Net-Zero, Solar, High Performance Energy Home. It has a Home Energy Rating (HERS) of 6. (A typical older home scores about 130 and a typical new home scores about 100.) Construction was done by Salamander Construction of Middlebury VT. Linden did all the spacial floor plans, kitchen and bath designs, interior design, stone and tile work. Landscape includes a patio, glass conservatory, salt-water swim spa and many garden areas.
