A small and unique ‘L’ shaped block, the challenge here was to create the illusion of space. With the clients desire to add a pool and have space to entertain, improving their indoor-outdoor connection was also important. The pool was perfectly positioned allowing room for a spa and a deck area for relaxation. An entertaining space complete with outdoor kitchen was conveniently located adjacent to the home. The use of mirrors in key locations makes the space feel larger. Etching, in a funky circular design, to the mirror in the entertaining area acts as a sculptural feature bringing interest to the space.
