Finished project!! The deck was completely redone with Azek decking materials, a kitchen bump out was added and the addition (to the right) was also completely redone and now serves as the eating area for this family!

Master Bath has beautiful granite counters and floors, custom vanity which is double sided and is separated by a mirrored wall, yet a 9" space in the mirrored wall above the countertop allows for communication and sharing of any personal items, windows were replaced and wall nooks with shelving were added to provide functionality and enhance the decor.

Exterior look of the home was upgraded thanks to new Harvey Windows with a Prairie Grill pattern, new Mid-America Panel Shutters, new Therma-Tru Front Door, an overhang on the garage doors was added and a new slider door in the back (not shown). Minor changes were made inside, such as painting and new trim.
